Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How do you sign off or log off from Intelli IM App?
Answer: Go to My Status, tap on My Status and change your status to Sign Out.  In an offline mode, your collegues or contacts will not be able to send you any messages.

Question: Does Intelli IM Support SIP and Certificates for Lync?
Answer: Currently Intelli IM only works with Communicators Web Access (CWA) protocol.  We do not support SIP protocol and certificates at this time.

Question: How do I change my status to "Away"?
Answer: you can change your status to "Away" by tapping on My status and and then tap again on My Status Summary, you will see tabs for status, change the status to "Away".


Question: How do I remove the note from the status?
Answer: Turn the Status Note to OFF to remove the note from the status.
