The subscription is non transferable.
If you move from the company or for any other reason you cannot use the product, your subscription can't be refunded.
In cases where Intelli IM has an issue working correctly with the supported interfaces (CWA), you will be refunded the pro rated portion of your subscription for unused time. Refunds will be given if supported by the Terms of Service of the payment processor.
- In-app payments through iTunes cannot be refunded.
- PayPal purchases can only be refunded within 60 days of purchase
For In-app payments, you can contact Apple directly and Apple might be able to issue refund based upon their policies. We will work closely with Apple to resolve.
