We have added new functionality where you can now Edit the Status Note. Follow the following steps to Edit the Note:
Step 1: Go to My Status Step 2: Tap on the Box showing the Status, Note, Location and Timezone Step 3: Tap on (>) to Edit the Note Step 4: Type in your new note. Step 5: Tap Done Step 6: Tap Done again Your new note is reflected in the status. We have added new functionality where you can collapse the groups or set the view to see the "Online" contacts within your group. Follow the steps below to see the enhanced Groups functionality:
Step 1: Go to Contacts Tab Step 2: Select Groups Step 3: Use All, Online and Hide All to select the desired view for each group. Step 4: Online will show the contacts who are online within that group. Step 5: Hide All will collapse all the contacts within that group. Step 6: You can have multiple Groups and can customize the views per Group. Tip: Save Data Usage by Turning OFF Cellular Data Use (Intelli IM iPhone iPad iOS Lync OCS)2/22/2013 While sharing images, use this feature to download the images when you are in Wi-Fi environment. Turn Cellular Data Use OFF. Follow the steps below to Turn ON/OFF the Cellular Data Use:
Step 1: Goto Settings Step 2: Look for Cellular Data Use Step 3: Make sure that Cellular Data Use is OFF (if you want images to be downloaded with Wi-Fi) When the Cellular Data Use is Turned OFF, as your device connects with Intelli IM using Wi-Fi, the images are automatically downloaded. Our new Image Collaboration Feature allows you to share your work with colleagues and co-workers by sharing an image and then editing the image by adding your comments.

However, the developers have clearly developed this app with a thorough understanding of corporate IM users' needs in mind, and with each update it just keeps getting better. If you're a connected worker, then for 3 cents a day this service is hardly breaking the bank. Well worth it. Tip: Using Photos to Collaborate
The new Intelli IM release supports sharing the photos and images to increase the level of collaboration. Simply pick an image from your photo library or take a new photo. Share the photo with your contacts and increase the level of collaboration.
