However, if you have OCS running on multiple platforms (PC, iPad, iPhone) this app intercepts the messages and they don't display on the other platforms - a serious problem. About a dozen IT folks at my shop tried this app, all loved it's features, all had the same experience. After too many missed messages most have uninstalled until this is fixed. Great product, just one defect away from being perfect for Enterprise use. |
