Intelli IM offers 1 month, 3 month and 1 year subscription. The more the commitment, the higher the discount.
The subscription is non transferable. If you move from the company or for any other reason you cannot use the product, your subscription can't be refunded. In cases where Intelli IM has an issue working correctly with the supported interfaces (CWA), you will be refunded the pro rated portion of your subscription for unused time. Refunds will be given if supported by the Terms of Service of the payment processor.
For In-app payments, you can contact Apple directly and Apple might be able to issue refund based upon their policies. We will work closely with Apple to resolve.

My company changed the domain that I work in. How do I change that on IM. If I have to delete my account does my subscription transfer?

The subscription should transfer if there is only a change to your domain. The best is to give it a try. Add a new account with the new domain name and then compare the settings. Remember to delete the old account afterwards.

My company changed names and domains, so there is a new domain and email address. Can the subscription transfer?

I downloaded the app with one email and I did not leave company or have any domain changed. The only thing they did was alter my extension for my email address. I changed this in lync and now my subscription is gone?! How do I transfer the subscription? The work domain is the same. This is incredibly inconvenient as I use this app constantly. Help!

Hello, about a month ago I purchases my yearly subscription to use communicator. I just got a new smartphone and backed it uo using my old phone's backup. When trying to use Intelli IM on my new phone, it looks it's only letting me use it for 15 min (as If I had no subscription)

I purchased a license for a year and changed of domain coz I moved from company, and I would like to use the remaining time with other account. So I added the new one and delete the previous one, but now the new one will expire coz is not a pro. Cld you please help me?

I purchased subscription for 3 months. But mistake I clicked the buy subscription and it automatically did subscription for another 3 months. Now I got subscription for 6 months altogether. I want to cancel subscription for the last 3 months.I want my money refunded back to my account.

Similar to what ROLAND wrote on 2/25/2018. I have a 6 month subscription for Microsoft Lync that will not expire until June 7, 2019. My company has announced that they will be switching from Microsoft Lync (2013) to Skype for Business on the backend servers. How can I get my subscription changed for the remainder of my subscription time? My account (email and domain\username) information at the company remains the same.

I purchased a 1 month subscription yesterday. Today my subscription has gone back to lite and requesting from me to subscribe to pro. Same account, nothing changed.

I renewed my subscription via Apple Pay which appeared not to go through so I then used PayPal to renew. I ended up being charged through both platforms and my app is still saying my subscription is expired.
