If you want to be connected to OC, great app. Gets a minusbecause you always need to log off, otherwise you appear available even at strange hours of the day/night. Should synchronize with Exchange calendar too...

Thank you very much.  Here are ways to address your issues:
1) You can set a schedule for your off hours or other fixed schedule using Auto-Schedule feature. This is in the Settings tab.
2) The App also synchronizes the Calendar on your phone which you can synchronize with Exchange.  Select the Calendar(s) in the Settings tab.
