We have seen many questions on that your purchased a Pro subscription but the subscription information is not updated in the application and the application is still in Lite mode.
When you purchase the subscription, iTunes confirms the subscription and sends us the confirmation that subscription has been purchased. Sometimes, there is a lag between iTunes sending us the confirmation and the app doesn't reflect the latest information. Please perform the following steps if your subscription status is not updated after the purchase of the subscription:
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Tap on Buy Subscription/Service
Step 3: The screen will show multiple subscription options
Step 4: DO NOT Buy subscription again.
Step 5: Give it a few minutes and your subscription information should be updated in the app.
If the information is not updated, please send the iTunes receipt to support@Rapidcyber.com with your message to fix the issue. We will take care of the issue.

I have bought a one-year subscription directly from the app and paid it with PayPal. I have received an e-mail from PayPal saying the payment was done correctly, but the app still shows my subscription ending in a few days. Can you please help ?
