Tip: Change My Status (Intelli IM iPhone iPad iOS Lync OCS)

Follow the steps below to change the status:


  • Tap on My Status Tab
  • My Status Tab will show Your Status, Note, Location (if turned on) and your Time Zone
  • Tap on the Highlighted Display
  • Update Status Screen will show up
  • Select your Status from one of the options: Available, Busy, DND, Away and Sign Out
  • Select Done 
  • Your new status is reflected in My Status Screen

My status is not changing my Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 anymore. Are there problems with the Intelli IM app?

Intelli App showing my status as Inactive on Mobile even after uninstalling the app. At the same time there is no other chat app on my iphone and im logged out of my workstation as well. I need a remedy to this. Intelli IM showing false status when im not using the app anymore.
