Tip: Checking Subscription Status (Intelli IM iOS Lync OCS)

Intelli IM is a subscription based cloud service where you need to buy subscription to Pro Service to access the features of Intelli IM all the time.  Intelli IM comes with 30 days of Free Pro Subscription to try all the features of Intelli IM.  The Lite Service is limited and provides 15 minutes of Pro-Service every day.


In order to check the status of your subscription, perform the following steps:

• Go to Settings Tab of Intelli IM App
• Go to Buy Subscription/Service
• Check the Status of your service: Status and Paid Until
• To Buy Subscription, Click on one of the Account Subscription Options to Buy.
