Tip: Ensuring Connectivity with Lync/OCS (Intelli IM iOS Lync OCS)

Sometimes the end-users are not able to connect with their company's Lync/OCS server.  Intelli IM Service interfaces with your company's Lync/OCS server and occasionally the company Lync/OCS servers are down for maintenance or making changes.  

In order to see if your company's Lync/OCS server is working, please Login to your Company's CWA server via Internet Explorer.   If you are able to connect to your company's CWA server, please contact our support team to resolve the issue.

Not able to connect to this server on the phone. I am able to open it on IE. I have bought the pro subscription

I have been using Intelli IM fine and bought the pro service but all of a sudden it is no longer working from my phone. It works from my computer just fine.

The Office Communicator Client on the PC uses a different protocol/connection to the server than Communicator Web Access. Intelli IM uses Communicator Web Access (CWA) which is a web based protocol. It is possible that the OCS Client may be working, but the CWA server is not working. Please contact us via email to support@rapidcyber.com.

Hi Team,
My company close end the CWA server, it is no longer available, only OCS, i'm not able to connect intelli im now, please help what can i do?

CWA legacy system is no longer supported by Microsoft and due to several security issues our company decommissioned this CWA server, and I'm not able to connect to Lync server with pro service. Please advise. Thanks!

I've been using intelli IM Lite version which has been working very well.
But after I bought the Pro service, I can receive messages but cannot send any reply. I only use intelli IM on my iPad and iPhone and both devices face the same issue. Please advise urgently. Thanks!

Been having issues with Intelli IM is not able to connect to our cwa server. I connect via a web
Browser though with no issues. Several of my colleagues also experienced this. Any thoughts?

The settings for the server keep changing to cwa.xxxxxxx.xxx when this should not be the case for us.

I am not able to connect I'm no longer in iphone but my friends who are using android able to connect. Is there any problem with iPhones ?

Did you try adding your account using their Android device? Generally the error is not based on Android and iOS. Please contact us by email support@intelliim.com with error message you are getting.

I can connect to the OCW portal via Safari on my iPad but this app states wrong username and password. Using the ocwservername.domain.com and domain/myaccount format. Account and pword are correct. Confirmed via safari web browser on same device.

The app has stopped working. It says it is unable to verify my account. I have attempted to login again multiple times and yet still get the same error.

I’ve had the pro service for years, but suddenly my alerts no longer work on my iphone. I have all the proper notifications settings, I’ve closed the app and background window, restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled app, and none of these things have made a difference. Any ideas on a fix?
