Sometimes the end-users are not able to connect with their company's Lync/OCS server. Intelli IM Service interfaces with your company's Lync/OCS server and occasionally the company Lync/OCS servers are down for maintenance or making changes.
In order to see if your company's Lync/OCS server is working, please Login to your Company's CWA server via Internet Explorer. If you are able to connect to your company's CWA server, please contact our support team to resolve the issue.
