Tip: Making Alerts Work (Intelli IM iOS Lync OCS)

In order for the Alerts to work, please make sure that following are set correctly:

• Go to Alert Sounds under Settings Tab of Intelli IM App.  
• Make sure that Push Notification Sounds and In App Sounds are properly set.
• Notification Settings.  Goto iPhone/iPad Settings->Notifications->Intelli IM-> and all things must be ON, with alert style being banner or alert (over rides app setting)
  
• Silent and Volume setting of the phone  (this has highest priority)
  
• In iOS 6, Apple added Do-not-disturb settings... that can further disable sounds.  Please make sure that settings are properly set.
